Florence P. (Stover) Greene was the daughter of Samuel George and Amanda (Robinson) Stover. She was the 1st wife of Rev. Dr. Bert Stillman Greene. They were married October 17, 1899. Florence left behind three young children at the time of her death. Rev. Greene was a minister in the Genesee Conference/Northwest Iowa Conference and the Erie Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church. He died November 23, 1929.
