Richard J. Kline, 78, Hampton, died at the Warner hospital Sunday morning at 12:15 o'clock from a complication of diseases. He had been ill four weeks and submitted to an operation last Tuesday.
Mr. Kline was born in Huntington township, a son of the late Jonathan and Eliza (Trimmer) Kline. He practices farming until 11 years ago when he moved to York Springs. This spring he move to Hampton.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Elizabeth Slaybaugh Kline; four children, Dennis, New Oxford R. D. ; Harry, New Oxford R. D.; Mrs. Paul Bubb, York Springs R. D., and Miss Nellie Kline, at home; 12 grandchildren and a number of nephews and nieces.
Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the late home conducted by the Rev. P. J. Horick. Interment in the Hampton cemetery.
