City Resident Dies Thursday (article from unknown newspaper, unknown date): Mrs. Caroline M. Winslow, age 89 years, of 225 West Main St., this city, died at 12:40 am Thursday in Hancock Memorial Hospital following a long period of ill health.
Born in Millville, N.J., the daughter of John and Marguerite Rieff Brooks [incorrect], Mrs. Winslow had resided in Greenfield since 1901. She was a charter member of Bradley United Methodist Church and held membership in Miriam Chapter No. 64, O.E.S., the Bradley United Methodist WSCS Cosmopolitan Club and Monday Study Club.
She was the widow of Marshall Winslow, who preceded her in death in 1965. They were united in marriage in 1903.
Surviving are two children, Mrs. Clifford (Kathleen) Rigsbee of Indianapolis and Harold Winslow of Akron, Ohio; six grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 pm Saturday in the Bradley United Methodist Church with Rev. Larry Curtis, the minister, officiating. Interment will be in Park Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Pasco Memorial Mortuary after Friday noon until noon Saturdy and after that time at the church.
