Funeral for Mrs. Myrtle Russell, 80, of Elk Valley, who died Monday at her home, will be at 11 a.m. today (Thursday, March 22) at Stanfill Baptist Church, with burial at Warren Memorial Gardens.

She was a member of the Stanfill Baptist Church.

Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Effie Douglas, Lake City, Mrs. Aileen Weeks, Knoxville, Mrs. Evelyn Burton, Bethel, Ohio, Mrs. Lydia Lowe, Amelia, Ohio, and Mrs. Jean Aden, Florida; nine sons, Burton Russell, Indianapolis, Ind., Fred Russell, Columbus, Ga., the Rev. C.B. Russell, LaFollette, Paul Russell and Reynold Russell, both of Dayton, Ohio, Ray Russell of Clinton, Shirl Glenn Russell, Dayton, Kennety Russell and Cecil Russell, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; 32 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Lydia Lawson of Indianapolis, Mrs. Gertie Walden, LaFollette, and Mrs. Annie Brandenburg, Williamsburg, Ky; a brother, Clarence Ayers of Detroit, Mich.

Walters Funeral Home of LaFollette was in charge of arrangements.
