Mrs. Anna Ciski Stack, 60, of 1405 Glenview Rd., a Toledo resident for 44 years, died today at Mercy Hospital.
Mrs. Stack was born in Poland and was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, its Altar and Rosary society and the Toledo Ladies' Pigeon Auxiliary.
She is survived by her husband, William T.; son, Stanley F. Ciski and daughter, Mrs. Esther D. Zajac, all of Toledo; sisters, Mrs. Mary Fedus and Mrs. Sophie Kudej, both of Colchester, Conn.; brother, John Opalinski, New Haven, Conn., and six grandchildren.
The body is in the Steve Gasiorowski Mortuary. Services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
