Grace J. Spraggins, 91, of Tiffin, died Friday afternoon, May 9, 2008, at Hearth and Home, Friedman Village. Sept. 19, 1916, she was born in Fremont to Willis A. and Mary E. (Diehr) Siegenthaler. Sept. 20, 1939, she married John W. Spraggins in Grace Lutheran Church, Fremont. Survivors include extended family and friends. Preceding her in death along with her parents and husband, John, on May 23, 2004, is a brother, Howard Siegenthaler; and a sister, Frances Schneider. Grace was a member of First Lutheran Church, a 1934 graduate of Fremont Ross High School and Tiffin University. She worked at General Electric, Crescent Mfg. in Fremont and was a homemaker. The funeral is 1 p.m., Monday, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, with the Rev. Mark Brodbeck officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont. Friends may visit with the family noon-1 p.m., Monday, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, (419) 447-2424.
