Hallie Blackshear, age 94, of Austin, died Monday, January 16, 1989.
She was a longtime Austin resident, and a member of the Little Vine Primitive Baptist Church.
Mrs. Blackshear was preceded in death by her husband, Elder Wells S. Blackshear and daughter, Hallie Beth Blackshear.
Survivors: daughters, Ruth Kirk, Austin, Paul Baethge, Harper, Carol Seeley, Grandville, Michigan; sons, W.S. Blackshear, Jr., Waco, Waits Blackshear, Beaumont; Joy Blackshear, El Paso, Harold Blackshear, San Antonio; 32 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services, 10:00 AM, Thursday at Harrell Funeral Home Chapel, with Elder Hugh Montgomery and Elder Richard Martin officiating.
Interment will follow at 3:00 PM. Rose Mound Cemetery In Waco.
