When Julie Hornbeck was born on March 30, 1948, in Los Angeles, her father, Eugene Hornbeck, was 36 and her mother, Julia Mary Elliott, was 33. She and older brother Gene Hornbeck grew up in Burbank and graduated from Burbank High School; Julie in 1966 and Gene in 1963.
Julie married high school boyfriend Jim Prinz. Sadly, Jim passed away in 1973.
Julie was a nurse and lived in Canada in summer and Mexico in winter. She had just retired and was living in Mexico when she died on June 4, 2016, at the age of 68. Julie is survived by her sons, Kreigen and Kyler.
