Gloria Baumgardner McGuire went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, May 2, 2008.
She was born on June 27, 1925 in Birmingham, Alabama to John David and Lucille Stevenson Baumgardner.
Her husband, Max E. McGuire, preceded her in death.
Gloria is survived by her children, Gary McGuire of Birmingham, AL, Diane McGuire Brady and her husband Allen Brady of Pensacola, Connie McGuire Webb and her husband Ken Webb of Springville, AL and Steve McGuire of Pensacola; grandchildren, Tracie, Craig, Chris, Cindy and Bo McGuire and Kenny Webb, Dawn M. Quarles, Wendy M. Fernandez and Jason Webb; and many great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 05, 2008 at Barrancas National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends and family from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 5, 2008, at the home of Diane and Allen Brady.
OAK LAWN FUNERAL HOME, 619 New Warrington Road is in charge of arrangements.
