Henrietta J. Bennett, 69, Forest Brook Estates, died at 8:00 a.m. Tuesday at her home. Born in Shelbyville on June 26, 1918, she was the daughter of George M. and Mary (Fagel) Small. On Feb. 15, 1936, in Martinsville, she married Francis E. Bennett, who died on Oct 7, 1983. A homemaker and lifelong Shelbyville resident, she was a member of the First Baptist Church. Survivors are six children, Mrs. ROllan (Norma Jean) Forket, rural Greensburg, Richard F. "Swifty" Bennett, Shelbyville, Mrs. (Mary Ann) McClure, Whiteland, Mrs. Richard (Teresa)Harris, Shelbyville, Mrs. Patrick (June Lynn) Henry, Lafayette, and Mrs. Tony (Kathleen) Schuck, Greenwood; 12 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three brothers, Russell Small, Shelbyvi9lle, Ermel Small, Waldron, Lothair Small, Asheville, N.C. and two sisters, Mrs. Roy (Dorothy) Robbins, Greensburg, And Mrs. James (Evelyn) Page, Highland, California. Five brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Private services will be held at Murphy Mortuary with Rev. Ron Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.
