U.S., World War II Draft Registration Card, 1942, for Addie's last husband, Augustus C. Daniel. They were married in 1963 and divorced sometime before her death in 1967. He died in May, 1969.

This is almost certainly the federal census for 1910 enumerating Miss Addie Boxley, a servant. She is shown as being born in Texas, as living in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma and is on line 73 of this sheet.

On July 25, 1936, Addie B. Parker gave her signed consent for her "20" year old son Charles Jr. to marry Rebecca Ruffin. He was actually only 15 at the time. With consent, the marriage would have been "legal" had the couple waited until he was 18.

By 1930, the family had moved to Kansas City, Missouri. They are on lines 8-10 of this sheet. Charles Parker Sr. was working as an apartment janitor at the time.

An application for a marriage license filed by Addie Parker and Augustus C. Daniel on May 22, 1963. They were married on May 31 by the Rev. E. Woody Hall of the Ebenezer A.M.E. Church in Kansas City, Missouri. This marriage ended in divorce.

Addie and her family on the 1925 Kansas State census. They are on lines 28-30 of this form. Addie is shown as having been born in Oklahoma. Note that the servant Mary Boxley, obviously related, and her son Frank are shown as living in the same house.

Item #11 shows her birthplace as Hempstead (Waller CO.), Texas. This differs from the 1963 marriage license application where she attested to being born in McAlester (Pittsburg CO.), Oklahoma.
