McMinnville resident and Warren County native Norman Trail Bost, 85, died April 15 at his home after a six-month illness.

A retired machinist and die maker with Powermatic and a trade school instructor with Warren County Trade School, he was a member of Bethlehem Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

The son of Noah Norman and Kate Rudder Bost, he is survived by his wife, Flossie Willmore Bost; sons, Richard and Joe Bost, both of McMinnville and Christopher Bost of Donelson; grandchildren, Michael Bost, Tracey Loyd, Samatha Case, Joshua and Allison Hope Bost; great-grandchildren, Harry and George Loyd, Noah and Katie Bost; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Bethlehem Cemetery with Rev. Andrew Dickerson officiating.
