Addison Klinginsmith, was born Mercer County Pennsylvania January 25, 1853 and died in Virgil, Kansas May 17, 1904. Moved to Kansas and settled in Greenwood County, when just a boy. Married to Engrie Bright September 29, 1882. Survived by his father, mother, 4 sisters, the beloved widow and 7 children, 2 children having preceded him. The remains were laid to rest Hamilton Cemetery - Ott Cemetery, May 11, 1906. Mrs. Klinginsmith has had the body of her husband removed from the Hamilton Cemetery to this place and has this week placed a beautiful monument at his grave.
(Note: Burial explanation, His wife Engrie had him buried in the Ott cemetery S/W of Hamilton and them had him exhumed and buried in Janesville cemetery N/W of Hamilton, Kansas.)
