Prior to his meeting and marriage to Coralbelle, Henry was seeing a young lady named Eva Alko in his hometown of Perkins Michigan. After Henry moved away Eva gave birth to a son named Henry Alfred Alko. She put the baby up for adoption. Henry married Coralbelle and they raised a family of 7 during some of the most difficult financial times known. The 1930's and 1940's. His children, and grandchildren were always close and remain so today. They are missed greatly by all.
