Nicholas Burrow


Nicholas Henry Burrow, 67, of 2324 Marion St., died at home today after a 6-month illness.


Mr. Burrow was born in Carragher[sic], O., and lived here most of his life. He was employed as an inspector at Willys Motors, Inc., for 23 years, retiring last January because of ill health. He was a member of Local 12, UAC-CIO.


Surviving are his wife, Anna; sons, Oliver and Lawson, Toledo; daughter, Rosa, Toledo; step-son, Samuel Barker, Toledo; step-daughters, Mrs. William Navarre; Mrs. Clarence Steih, Mrs. Marie Hopkins, Mrs. Eugene Sherer, and Mrs. Robert McGee all of Toledo; brothers, Lawrence and Earl, both of Toledo, and Joseph and Louis, both of Temperance, Mich.; sisters, Mrs. Lawson Moncrief[sic] and Mrs. Frances Shea, both of Toledo, and 11 grandchildren.


Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Abele Mortuary by the Rev. H. L. Davis, pastor of Plymouth Congregational Church. Burial will be in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.
