1975 Jun 25 - Traverse City - Arnold Albert Redman was born Monday 18 Jun 1900 in White Cloud to Gustave Ardwin & Hulda (Doring) Redman. He married the former Lucille May 'Lucy' (Hankins) Burt Tuesday 23 Jun 1931 in Crown-Point, Indiana. He lived in White Cloud until 1932 when he moved to the couple's present home in Kewadin. He was a fruit farmer, raised beef cattle, and was a wholesale florist more than 50 years.

Arnold Albert Redman Sr of Indian Rd in Kewadin died Wednesday 25 Jun 1975 at the age of 74 y 11 m 10 d at Traverse City Osteopathic Hospital in Traverse City, after a sudden illness. Survivors included his wife, Lucille; 2 sons, Rodger Dale & Barbara Redman and Arnold Albert & Marsha Redman Jr, both of Kewadin, 1 daughter, Gladys Nicholas of Mesick, 1 brother, Gustave Redman of White Cloud, 15 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Ronald Redman 12 Mar 1939; 2 step-sons, Frank Deloris Burt 25 Apr 1226 & Fred Junior Burt; and 1 sister, Paulsen 27 Apr 1957.

Visitation was 7-9 Thursday 26 Jun 1975, 1-9 pm Friday 27 Jun 1975, and 11 am-1 pm Saturday 28 Jun 1975 at Dockery-Wilhelm-Smith Funeral Home in Elk Rapids. Funeral services were 1 pm Saturday 28 Jun 1975 at Dockery-Wilhelm-Smith Funeral Home with the Rev Paul Winters officiating.

Burial was in Maple Grove Cemetery in Elk Rapids.
