At his residence in Redstone township, on the 12th of January, 1865, of Heart Disease, Mr. William Ball, in the 75th year of his age.
The deceased stood high as a christian and good citizen and his loss will be deeply regretted by the entire community. His last hours were, as indeed his life had been, peaceful and happy, and he died with the brightest prospects of a blessed immortality. 'Blessed are the Good, who die in the Lord.'
