Michael J. Kazimer, 65

Michael J. Kazimer, age 65, passed away on February 10, 2024 at Brethren Village, Lititz, PA. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Willard Kazimer and Margaret (Baldovsky) Kazimer Gambini.
Michael graduated from North Penn High School and attended Philadelphia University (formerly Philadelphia Textile College) where he graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing. He was employed for over twenty years with the USDA-Forest Service and retired in 2022. When not working, Michael enjoyed sports cars. He went to car shows and watched Nascar and Formula 1 races, and attended his nieces' and nephew's dancing and sporting events.
Michael is survived by his sister Margaret Schlegel (wife of Gene); two nieces: Maureen McWilliams (wife of Aaron) and Courtney Kazimer; two nephews: Jonathan Schlegel (husband of Christina) and Andrew Kazimer (husband of Dallas); 3 great nephews and 5 great nieces.
In addition to his parents, Michael is preceded in death by his brother David Kazimer and nephew Eric Schlegel.
A visitation will take place Friday, February 16, 2024 at 10:30-11am at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 E Delp Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601 with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11am. Burial will take place on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 1pm at St. Patrick's Cemetery, 2400 DeKalb St, Norristown, PA 19401.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS United Mid-Atlantic 1015 Virginia Dr. Suite 110 Fort Washington, PA 19034.
