Minnie Kindle was born on January 24, 1949, in Oglala, SD at home, to Mark Kindle and Lucille (Little War Bonnet) Kindle. Minne made her journey to the Spirit World on February 4, 2024 at the Mount Carmel East Medical Center in Columbus, OH.


Minnie is survived by her sons, Jeremy Cain Kindle of Oglala, SD and Mitchell Lee Kindle of Ohio; granddaughter, Juliann Cymore Kindle of Oklahoma; grandson, Jaylen Shon-Carl Kindle of Oklahoma; and siblings, Kate Kindle and Katherine Starr both of Oglala, and Audrey Wallace of Texas.


Minne was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille (Little War Bonnet) Kindle; father, Mark Kindle; brothers, Ceferino G Kindle, Frederick M. Kindle, and Ben K. Kindle; and sister, Wanda V. Kindle.


Pallbearers will be Silas Running Eagle, Brian Kindle, Shane Herrod, Sheldon Starr, Vanessa Two Lance, Sheryl Starr, Osheanne Mousseaux, and Elise Yellow Hair.

Wake Services: One night wake service starting at 4:00 PM, Monday, February 12, 2024 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD with evening services at 7:00 PM.

Funeral Services: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the Brother Rene Hall in Oglala, SD.

Officiating: Pastor Harold Ambrose

Burial Services: Makasan Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Oglala, SD
