Janice Shirlene Gann Cass, 54, of Hixson, died Saturday, July 14, 2001, at her home.
She was a member of Jubilee Baptist Church and the River City Corvette Club. She was a retired hair stylist for His and Her Hair Place.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Cline and Kate Bryant Gann.
She is survived by husband, Thomas N. "Tom" Cass; son, Tommy Cass of Hixson; and daughter, Christie Kilpatrick of Ringgold; brothers, Kenneth E. Gann and Dennis B. Gann; sisters, Ruth Scott and Norma Potts, all of Hixson.
The funeral service will be Wednesday, July 18, at 1 p.m. at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Joe Headrick officiating.
Burial will follow the service in Hamilton Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, in memory of Janice Cass, 58 Commons, Suite 101, 4755 Highway 58, Chattanooga, TN 37416.
