Irene Beck, 88, of Sylva, went home to be with the Lord 1 Jan 2021. A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, she was born 28 Feb 1932, and was the daughter of the late Rev. Osborne and Ella Angel.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by husband Johnny Ray Beck, six of her brothers and two of her sisters.
She is survived by:
Son- Dennis Beck;
Daughter- Marilyn Beck;
Brother- Pat and Peggy;
Sister- Blanche and Joe L.;
3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren also survive.
A Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM Monday 4 Jan 2021 at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Sylva with the Rev. Eddie Stillwell officiating.
