Larry was born on the family farm in Iowa. He grew up in San Fernando, CA and obtained BS EE at the University of California, Berkeley. He married Wilma Dixie Peek 8 Jun 1951 in Asheville, NC. He was employed by the US Army Electronics Command, Fort Monmouth, NJ as a Microwave Communications Engineer for 32 years. His proudest accomplishment was building his Atlantic Highlands home by his own hands, but he also had an HO train layout he created in his basement and did extensive genealogy research.
