Anne Marie Mc Donnell passed away on January 30 at her home in Alpharetta, Ga at the age of 100. Anne was born in Portland, Maine to Michael and Delia Greely who were Irish immigrants. Anne spent most of her life in Albany after her husband James Lawrence Mc Donnell was assigned at the Marine Base there. Mrs. Mc Donnell worked at the Marine Base and later as RN at Phoebe Putney after going to Nursing School at Darton College.
Anne is survived by sons James of Oak Hall, Va, Robert and wife Martha of Laurenburg, NC and Michael and wife Wonhee of Alpharetta Ga, 8 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
A Wake Service and Viewing will be held on February 8 at 6pm at Kimbrell Stern. A Funeral Mass will be held on February 9 at 9:30 am at St Theresa's Catholic Church followed by a funeral procession to Andersonville National Cemetery for internment.,
