The following is a message from Betty's sister, Eva Lucille Dyer, dated December 15, 2003, 7:04 PM:
Betty died today about noon. She will be cremated and there will be no services. They are planning on strewing ashes of her husband, Bill (William John Lindeman), their deceased infant, and Betty at a place for this sort of thing.
She has really suffered and now she's at peace. Tell the other relatives in Corpus Christi, Tx. Not too many of us left. Our time is coming.
