John A Hoffman, 65, Louisville, Ky, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 1999, at his home. He was a native of St. Meinrad. Surviving are his wife, two sons, a daughter, four brothers, seven sisters, and a granddaughter.
Mr. Hoffman was a self-employed carpenter and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. EDT Tuesday in St. Martha Catholic Church, 2825 Klondike Lane. Entombment will be in Resthaven Memorial in Louisville. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. EDT today at Arch L. Heady Hikes Point, 4109 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Ky.
