Bill found great joy in his kids, grandkids, and his church, Sweetwater Full Gospel, where he was the pastor. Spending time with family and serving the Lord were the two things that meant the most to him.
Bill was a graduate of Midway High School. After some time he settled with his family in Sweetwater where he farmed tobacco for over 20 years. Later, he would become employed by TVA where his health would eventually force him to retire from there. Bill will be remembered as a devoted man of God, a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle, brother, and loyal friend.
