Bobbie Lee Pardue Adams, 69, of Chapmanville died Sunday, May 10, 1998, in Women and Children's Hospital. She was a retired Logan County elementary school teacher with 35 years of service, a member of West Logan Missionary Baptist Church and a graduate of Morris Harvey College.

Surviving: husband, Lanna Adams; daughter, Patricia Adams Brewster; sons, Randy Dale and Steven Brian Adams; parents, Robert Sherman and Oral Blanche Lucas Pardue; sisters, Etta Jean McArthur of Florida, Betty Jo McCarthy of Indiana; four grandchildren.

Service was to be 2 p.m. today at Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, with the Rev. John E. Godby and the Rev. Roger Stewart officiating. Burial was to be in Highland Memory Garden, Godby.
