CemeteryCensus.com reveals that this is Polly Pennington's grave. Polly is the daughter of Martha Pennington. She and her brother, William, were born to an unmarried mother, their father not known. The children lived, in 1870, with their mother, her parents and her brother, Daniel, who was noted by the censustaker to be insane. The elder couple were parents to 15 children.

Polly was admitted to the asylum in the late 1880s, her marker indicating she was the 529th person admitted to the new asylum.

Her uncle Daniel was admitted here soon after Polly, his marker being number 543. He, too, is buried here having died 7 years after Polly did.
