POPE - Ann McCachren Daniel, 68, homemaker, died of cancer Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Dickens Funeral Home in Batesville with burial in Chapel Hill Cemetery. She was a member of Pope Baptist Church. Mrs. Daniel, the widow of Aaron Daniel, leaves two daughters, Sharon Daniel Smith of Ellaville, Ga., and Stephanie Daniel Peach of Pensacola, Fla.; a son, Samuel Wayne Daniel of Murphysboro, Ill.; her mother, Frankie Marie Maxwell McCachren, and seven grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society, Mid-South Division.
