Dennis James Fritz, 61, of Lebanon, MO, died Thursday, April 10, 2008.
Funeral services were held Sunday, April 13, at 2 p.m. at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon, MO, with Msgr. Mike Swalina officiating.
Private interment was held in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Fredericksburg under the direction of Holman-Howe Funeral Home and Schaetter Funeral Home.
A funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, April 19, at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic Church.
Fritz was born Jan. 26, 1947, in Fredericksburg, the son of Francis J. Fritz and Helen B. Maurer Fritz.
After serving in the United States Air Force, he did Civil Service contract work as a logistics specialist and supply officer in several locations overseas. He was a member of St. Francis DeSales Catholic Church in Lebanon.
Survivors include a daughter, Shawling Rediker of Florida; his mother, Helen B. Fritz of Harper; three brothers, eight sisters and their spouses, including Kenneth and Cheryl Fritz, Terrell and Michelle Fritz, Bernadine and Bob Dittmar, Genevieve Thomas, and Meliss and Bill Machen, all of Kerrville; Keith and Melissa Fritz of Stoutland, MO; Barbara and Roger Roeder and Loraine and Mo Parsons, all of San Antonio; Joyce and John Rowald, San Angelo; Jeanette and Herb Waller, Grapevine, and Romona Fritz, Harper.
He was preceded in death by his father.
