Funeral service for Henry Derr, 68 pioneer who died tuesday at his home were held this afternoon at the Emanuel Lutheran church with Rev. E. A. Rehn officiating. Mr. Derr had been ill only a short time. Death was due to pneumonia.
Mr. Dear was born in Russia, Oct. 17, 1868 and came to this country at an early age. Besides his widow, Amelia, he is survived by three daughters, Hudla, Marth and Mrs Rudolph (Elsie) Koch and two sons, Sam and Theodore.
