He was very active in Masonic work and was a member of Galena lodge #194 A.F. & A.M., also a member of the Methodist church in Neutral, Kansas.

Survivors include his wife, Carmen; daughters, Mrs. Bonnie Ann Craig, Mrs. Cleta Auman and Mrs. Susie Hall; sister, Mrs. Martha Reed and his mother, Mrs. Mary A. Stone.

Fred was a World War I Veteran.
