VANCOUVER, Wash., Dec. 30, Philip S. Custard, 72, of 1328 S. W. 3d Avenue, Portland, died Sunday. He was born in *Stillwater, Minn. For 35 years he had lived in Oregon and Washington. His only survivor is a brother, J. M. of the Sara district. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Vancouver Funeral chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Dunkelberger officiating. Interment will be in *Lincoln Memorial, Portland.
