Glenda Allison, 71, of Danville passed away at 11:10 AM on September 18, 2023 at her home in Danville, IL.
Glenda was born on March 10, 1952 the daughter of Arthur and Loretta (Ring) Kelley in Springfield, IL. She married Stephen Allison on April 8, 2000 in Danville, Illinois and he survives.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen Allison of Danville, Illinois; her son, Thomas (Leslie) Cavenaile of Westville, Illinois; her step children, Stephanie (Ron) Price of Georgetown, Texas, Christina Allison of Danville, Illinois, Scott Allison of Arizona and Michael Allison of Arizona; five grandchildren, Cody (Ayzia) Cavenaile, Tyler (Sierra) Brown-Cavenaile, Jenna Franks, Katie Allison and Sydnie Russo; six great grandchildren, Emma, Ejay, Lilly, Lola, Roarie and Zieke, as well as her siblings, Bonnie Lindsey, Ruth Ann McCormick and Jimmy Kelley.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Pat Falzone, Donald McMurray, Otto McMurray, Charles Kelley, Arthur Kelley, Lillian Vancil, Myrtle Burt and Laura Skeeters.
Glenda is retired from BlueCross in Danville and enjoyed spending her free time reading, playing Euchre, and taking vacations, especially to St Thomas and Jamacia. Christmas was Glenda's favorite holiday. She loved to decorate for the Christmas Season and would plan a year in advance for the holiday.
