Mr. Clements was born in Moberly, Missouri the son of the late Elfa Houston Clements and Byron H. W. Clements. He was retired from the Georgia Blind Academy and was previously employed by Orschelns Truck Lines in Moberly, MO. Mr. Clements was a former pastor of Woodville Baptist Church in Woodville, MO. He graduated from the lower division of Moberly Junior College in 1961. Mr. Clements attended Wentworth Military Academy in Lexington, MO.
Mr. Clements is survived by his children, Robert B. Clements (Tammy) of Kennett Square, PA and Melissa Palmatory of Moberly, MO; 9 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Ronald Clements (Judy) of Moberly, MO and sister-in-law, Pat Clements of Macon, GA; many nieces, nephews and cousins; best friend, Vickie Evans of FL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Donald Clements; grandson, Dustin Roberts and son-in-law, Kevin Palmatory.
A visitation for Mr. Clements was held February 11, 2023 at Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon, GA 31210, followed by a Celebration of Life. Dr. Tim McCoy and Dr. Mark Hudgins officiated.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Ingleside Baptist Church, 834 Wimbish Road, Macon 31210.
