Mrs. M. F. Rainbolt, 89 years of age, died this morning at

five o'clock at her home in the Concord community ….

The funeral services will be held this afternoon in Caledonia,

conducted by the Rev. C. E. Peeples, pastor of the Garrison

Methodist Church..

Interment will be in the Caledonia Cemetery ….

The passing of this good lady, a pioneer resident of Concord and

of noble Christian character, has brought deep sorrow to all who

knew her.. She was a member of the Methodist Church and her life

was filled with acts of kindness and devotion to her loved ones ….

Mrs. Rainbolt is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Ada Taylor,

Mrs. John Strong and Mrs. Walter Langston of Concord ; two sons, Homer

Rainbolt of Concord and George Rainbolt of Houston… She is also survived

by twenty three grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren ……
