Harry Van Allen is my Baby Uncle. He was the second child of William Garrett Van Allen and Effie Elizabeth Kenedy Van Allen.
He was only two years old when he died from an accidental poisoning. I have heard stories that it was rat poisoning.
He died before most of his siblings were born. Their names are Ruby, Reba, Charles and Retha.
He is buried next to his mother, Effie Van Allen.
