Her early life was spent in Haleyville Alabama, where she graduated from high school. She was married to James Boucher, with whom she had four children. On March 17, 1977 Jean was married to Robert Bello. They resided in the Chicago land area and Ingleside, IL, following their marriage, until relocating to Burlington nine years ago. Jean attended the Queen of Peace Monastery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jim Boucher; parents, Floyd Cagle and Hazel Ruth Jackson Cagle; and sisters, Linda Snell, Faye Lovett and Judy Ray.
