7 Feb 1957: Mrs. Elizabeth Baldwin, 79, 26 North Locust Street, Palmyra, died suddenly last evening at seven o'clock at her home. Death was attributed to a heart condition for which she had been under the doctor's care for a number of years. She was the widow of Daniel S. Baldwin, who preceded her in death by 22 years. A native of Grantville, she was the daughter of the late Aaron and Ellen (Lutz) Brightbill. Mrs. Baldwin was a member of the Palmyra Bethany Evangelical United Brethren Church. The survivors are a son, Wallace A. Baldwin, well known meat retailer; two grandsons, Daniel and Michael Baldwin; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. George Wenrich, Lebanon; Mrs. Amy Funk, Grantville; Mrs. Emma Gibble, Cleona; Mrs. Leah Sanders, Annville, two brothers, Daniel Brightbill, Palmyra and Robert Brightbill, Grantville.
