McMillan, Marjorie Sherman Age 90, of Edina, passed away on Aug. 21, 2015. Recently preceded in death by her husband, Norman H. on July 26, 2015. Our beloved parents were married for 68 years. They are survived by children, Mary (Mark) Birkeland, Elizabeth Sherman McMillan and Thomas Hockridge (Susan) McMillan; grandchildren, Matthew, Laura-Elizabeth, Kathryn, Caroline, Mary Marjorie, Hunter; 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson; brother, Bill (Pat) Sherman; many relatives & friends. Marge attended the U of M and was a member of the Gamma Phi Sorority. She was involved in the Philadelphia Garden Show and enjoyed growing a variety of roses at their home in Carefree, AZ. She loved babies and volunteered at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Our mother will always be remembered as a woman of grace, love, laughter and kindness. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice. Both their lives will be celebrated in a Memorial Service TODAY, Saturday, August 22 at 1:00 PM, with visitation 1/2 hour before service and reception to follow at: Washburn-McReavy.com Edina Chapel 952-920-3996 West 50th St. & Hwy 100
