Mrs. Anna B. Black, 88, of Claysburg, died Saturday, June 2, 2001, at Nason Hospital, Roaring Spring.

She was born Aug. 26, 1912, in Maria, a daughter of Irvin and Nettie (Lingenfelter) Dively. She married Harry E. Black on Sept. 28, 1933, in Cumberland, Md. He died May 11, 1987.

Mrs. Black was a member of Claysburg Church of God. She enjoyed gardening, baking, and cooking.

Surviving are seven sons: John, Thomas, Gary, Barry, Donald and Harry Jr., all of Claysburg and Robert of Queen; four daughters: Louise Ritchey, Annajean Weyandt, and Rheda Rightenour of Claysburg and Joyce Musselman of East Freedom; three brothers: Mearle, Robert, and Wilmer of Claysburg; two sisters: Millie Daughtery and Dorothy Weyandt, both of Claysburg; 25 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a son, David Paul.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Claysburg Church of God by the Rev. H. Hoyt Williams.

Friends will be recieved from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Leslie Funeral Home, Claysburg.
