Charles Willard "Chuck" Wells, age 70 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Paintsville ARH. Born January 8, 1953 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Robert Thomas Wells and Evalene Jackson Wells. In addition to his mother and father, Chuck is preceded in death by one brother, Robert Wells, Jr; and one sister, Judy Carol Ratliff.
He is survived by two brothers, William David Wells of Paintsville, Kentucky and Ronald Dwayne Wells and Nickie of Staffordsville, Kentucky; and one sister, Sharon and Henry Dutton of Staffordsville, Kentucky.
There will be no public visitation or funeral at this time. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
