Frank Cleveland Goodman, Seventh son of George Saunders Goodman and Louisa Franklyn Muse Goodman was born at Morgan Mill, Erath, Texas. The family left Texas to sign up on the Dawes Commission in 1893. His mother mother died in transit at Thackerville, Oklahoma, and his older brother Ruben, took his mother back to Earth, Texas for burial. The family never made the signing of the Dawes Commission. The family stayed in Oklahoma Indian Territory for a short time and part of the family moved back to Texas. Frank joined the U. S. Navy and was on Teddy Roosevelt's Great White Fleet that sailed around the world. He is shown serving aboard the USS Minnesota BB in 1910 Census. He returned to Oklahoma and met and Married Minnie Belle Gibson (1916). Frank farmed and trapped small animals for their pelts to earn a living. Frank and Minnie had three sons, Cariel Loren, Frank Habley, and Albert Doil Goodman. Frank and Minnie moved back to Tishomingo about 1953, where they lived out the rest of his life retired. Frank came from a very large family, Henry, Mary, William, Ruben, Orville, Ada, Margret, Oscar, George, Anna Belle, Sarah, and Charles Goodman. Frank suffered a severe Stroke, and lingered for a few years under constant care. He passed away at the Tishamingo Nursing Home with Minnie and Cariel in attendence.Son of Louisa and George S. Goodman. He married first Ida (last name unknown) and second, Minnie Gibson in 1916 in Johnston County, Oklahoma. They lived in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.
