Ronald is survived by his wife, Lori Thompson, his mother, Joan Dashnaw, Ogdensburg, a son of Ohio, grandson, sister of Heuvelton and Ogdensburg, and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Charles Dashnaw, and, a sister, Anne Marie Dashnaw.
He was born in Ogdensburg, on December 11, 1955.
He graduated from Morristown Central School in 1973. He was a repairman for North Country Mechanical. He loved his dogs (Schultz and Duuaally), going to camp, carpentry work, and making furniture.
