OBITUARY: Menomonee Falls News "Peter J. Schmitz, 72, of N64 W14691 Mill Rd., Menomonee Falls, died Saturday May 14, at his home. He was born Oct 23, 1894 (sic) in the town of Menomonee, the son of the late Fredrick Schmitz and Mary Anna Schneider. Survivors include his wife Agnes, nee Campion; father of Mrs. Ervin (Marion) Tews, Mrs. Robert (Margaret) Newman and Mrs. Melvin (Catherine) Benson, stepfather of Mrs. Lorraine Hrovat, Edward, James, Charles and John Campion; brother of Paul, Mrs. Kate Lauer and Math; also sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and other relatives. Funeral services were held Tuesday, may 17, at 9 a.m. from the Haack Funeral Home, Menomonee Falls, to St. Anthony's church at 9:30 a.m. Interment church cemetery."
