Family and Friends will gather for Visitation at Elgin Funeral Home, Sunday, August 20th from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Tommy's Life will be conducted at Elgin Funeral Home, Monday, August 21st at 10:00 AM with Pastor Garland Moffett presiding. Interment will follow at Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery.
