The Will of Mrs. Phoebe Sims, of Odon, just admitted to probate in circuit court, leaves her entire estate to James Flummerfelt, her brother, in trust for her invalid sister Annie Flummerfelt. Flummerfelt is directed to provide a home and take care of the sister, any part of the estate remaining at her death, to go to him. The will was written February 6, 1920. E.T. Laughlin is appointed executor.
