HEREFORD - Jeff J. Albright Smart, 86, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, in Amarillo.
Celebration of life services will be at 10 a.m. today in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Darren Skinner, pastor, and the Rev. Kyle Streun, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Park Cemetery by Hereford Heritage Funeral Home.
Mr. Smart was born Feb. 10, 1922, in Houston to Charles Elsner and Lula Eliza Albright. He married Patsy Jean Hyatt on Nov. 21, 1953, in First United Methodist Church in Spur.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Cindy Black of Hereford and Jennifer Hammer of Colorado; two brothers, Ellis Albright of Massachusetts and Dr. V.C. Smart of Austin; and three grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church, 501 N. Main St., Hereford, TX 79045.
