A gloom settled on the ward when it was announced Tuesday morning that Celia Bodily, wife of Levi Bodily, had died Monday Night. She had been ill for sometime, but it was thought last week that she was improving. Her amiable disposition and refined nature won the respect and love of all who knew her.
She leaves a husband and one child, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. The funeral was held Thursday forenoon. Elder Warren Johnson spoke very comforting to the bereaved. President Bennion and Elder Charles Hardy added words of consolation. The meeting house was crowded to overflowing and over fifty vehicles followed the remains to the Mill Ward Cemetery. Everybody's sympathy is with the husband and relatives.
