Sunday July 30, 2023 I found a little black kitten at Harvey's Supermarket in the parking lot. He was fighting two black crows over a scrap of food on the ground. It was 97 degrees and I got a bowl and some water out of my car to give him. He came running over to drink it, I didn't give him to much I was afraid I'd make him sick. He did not look good. I picked him up and put him in my car with the air conditioning on. He settled down on the front seat on my sweater. I don't know why but the name Spooky popped up in my head. So he became Spooky. I took him right away to my vet Dr. Daniels only fifteen minutes away. Dr. Daniels looked at him and told me he would not make it. I told her please try to save him no matter what it cost. Spooky passed away Monday July 31 at 9:54 a.m. He passed away due to starvation, dehydration, intestinal worms, ear mites, and fleas. He was not microchipped. This little kitten didn't have a chance on the street. Please spay and neuter your pets. Spooky I hope you know you were loved, you touched my heart and soul in such a short time. I Love You.
